The YK/YA series vibrating screen produced by Phoenix is ??a circular vibrating screen, also called a circular vibrating screen. The circular vibrating screen is a multi-layer, high-efficiency new screening equipment. The vibrating screen adopts a cylindrical eccentric shaft exciter and a partial block to adjust the amplitude, and the material sieve line length is long, and the screening specifications are many. It has the characteristics of reliable structure, strong excitation force, high screening efficiency, small vibration noise, sturdy and durable, convenient maintenance and safe use. It is suitable for mining and sandstone industry.

Principle of circular vibrating screen:

The circular vibrating screen screening machine mainly comprises a sieve box, a screen mesh, a vibrator, a vibration damping spring device and a bottom frame. The side plate of the sieve machine is made of high-quality steel plate, and the side plate is connected with the beam and the vibration stirrer base by high-strength bolts or ring groove rivets, and the cylinder type eccentric shaft vibration exciter and the partial block are used to adjust the amplitude. The vibrator is mounted on the side plate of the screen box, and is driven by the motor through the V-belt to cause the eccentric block of the exciter to rotate at a high speed, generating a large centrifugal inertial force, exciting the screen box to generate a circular motion of a certain amplitude, and the material on the screen is inclined. The screen surface is subjected to the impulse transmitted by the screen box to generate a continuous throwing motion, and the particles which are smaller than the sieve holes are sieved in the process of meeting the screen surface, thereby achieving classification.

Circular vibrating screen performance characteristics:
